If you have been reading this site for any particular time then you know one of the things that we strive to do is to present stylish options for reasonable prices. In an ongoing quest find new ways to slim down and organize what is carried for the daily commute and beyond, “tech organizers” have always caught our eye. However what has always been a detractor is that man can cost upwards of $75. If you are like many of us, paying $75 or more just for a case for your cords and such just isn’t in the budget. This led to many brainstorming sessions to find frugal alternatives. After much deliberation the light bulb finally came on and we looked underneath the bathroom sink to find an old grooming kit that would perfectly work as cord organizer/tech caddy.
A grooming organizer like this can be found at your local CVS, Walgreens, etc. for $5 to $10 and can be a very sleek and nice looking cord organizer. Don’t get us wrong, those cord organizers/tech caddies that cost as much as your cable bill are going to be high quality, but a DIY solution like this can give you what need without leaving a large hole in your wallet.
