The Juan Collins is a variation on the Tom Collins. It uses tequila, line juice and agave nectar instead of traditional gin, lemon juice, and sugar the are found in the Tom Collins. The Juan Collins is a refreshing variation of a classic to provide refreshment on any spring day.
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar (or 1 tsp. superfine sugar or 3/4 oz. cane syrup)
- Splase club soda
Pour the tequila, lemon juice, and nectar into a glass over ice, stir. Add splash of club soda and garnish with lime and cherry.
