Traditionally ‘paloma’ is a grapefruit juice and tequila cocktail much more popular in Mexico than margaritas, apparently due to the fact, grapefruit juice makes a better combination with tequila than lemon juice (at least some think so.)
2 oz El Jimador tequila (60 ml)
4 2/3 oz grapefruit juice (140 ml)
1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Add lime/lemon wedges and serve.
