The Happy Hour: The Stinger


The Stinger is an tempting mix of brandy and white creme de menthe liqueur most commonly served on the rocks, but also very enjoyable shaken and served neat. It is a great after dinner drink as it’s sweetness makes it a wonderful desert drink.


  • 2 1/2 oz brandy (75 ml)
  • 2/3 oz white creme de menthe (20 ml)


Place all of the ingredients  into a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously. Then strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
